Bookings

The Training Group will provide email confirmation for all bookings for training courses.

Terms of Payment

Payment must be made before or on the day of the agreed course. If you have any queries regarding payment please contact the Training Group on 01983 300222.

Transfers and Substitutions

Transfers and substitutions of named course participants may be made either by email or letter.

Cancellations by Client

If you cancel a booking on a course you must confirm this in writing.  A cancellation fee will apply as follows:

Less than 5 working days' notice = No refund of the course cost

5 to 10 working days' notice = 50% of the course cost refunded

More than 10 working days' notice = 100% of the course cost refunded

Cancellations or non-attendance on the day of the course will not qualify for a refund of fees.
 

Cancellations by the IW Construction Training Group

The Training Group will endeavour to ensure that any training course, for which bookings have been accepted, is not cancelled.  However, in the event that it is necessary to cancel a course, participants will be offered alternative bookings. If these are unacceptable, the Training Group will refund the cost of the booking in full.

Pricing

The Training Group promises to be as responsive and as flexible as possible in order to fully satisfy training needs.  Courses will be priced fairly, with all factors considered. The price of training may vary considerably according to the course, qualification and existing achievement of the employee and will take into account that some courses attract funding and this may offset some of their costs.  The Training Group will always present employers with alternatives that take advantage of any available funding.
